Boho Berry Challenge October 2018: Planning [Day 7]

Hmm, I don't really track health and fitness in my bullet journal. I don't have a specific exercise routine- I attend FiA when I can, basically. I list these workouts as my daily memories sometimes, and the dates I am scheduled to lead a workout are definitely in my monthly and weekly layouts. But no specific trackers for health.
